What is Gangrene?
Gangrene is a medical condition in which localized death or necrosis of tissues occur due to obstruction (blockage) of proper blood flow to some parts of body. Lack of fresh blood supply causes lack of sufficient oxygen for the tissues to sustain, resulting in decay of tissues. It is a serious condition which needs emergency treatment to stop the spread of tissue decay in other healthy parts of body.
Types of Gangrene:
Diabetic Gangrene: This is considered as the most common type of gangrene. It happens due to poor blood circulation in parts of body (especially hands and feet) severely affected by diabetes. Read more.
Dry Gangrene: Dry gangrene usually attacks on elderly patients due to poor blood circulation and lack of glucose in their bodies. This usually affects toes, feet or fingers in the beginning. Read more.
Wet Gangrene: Wet gangrene develops in tissues and organs which remain moist most of the time. For example mouth, lungs, cervix, bowel, and vulva etc. It can spread in tissues affected by severe burns, frostbite or wounds infected by bacteria. Read more
Gas Gangrene: Gas Gangrene is the most dangerous and painful type of gangrene. This usually spreads due to bacterial infection. Clostridium perfringens are responsible for this type of disease. Read more
Noma: It is very rare type of gangrene which affects facial muscles and tissues.
Necrotizing Fasciitis: Necrotizing fasciitis is also a rare medical disease which affects the deeper layers of the skin in the beginning, and appear on the outer surface of skin later on.
Causes:
Almost all types of gangrene are caused by lack of fresh blood containing oxygen in the affected area. Deprivation of oxygen and nutrients in the affected tissues make them more susceptible to infections too.
Gangrene can result from:
Symptoms:
Diagnosis:
Typical medical diagnosis includes a physical examination, and medical history to find out about symptoms and possible cause of gangrene. In the second phase of diagnosis, further tests will be suggested to determine the type and extent of the necrosis.
Tests can include:
Our Herbal Treatment vs Allopathic Treatment:
By the grace of God, on the contrary to allopathic treatment, our herbal treatment for gangrene promises 100% results without need of amputation or surgery. Our herbal medication is free of harmful chemicals and has complete cure for any type of gangrene. We do not fear taking up any kind of gangrene case (rare or severe) because our treatment does not involve surgery, intra-venous injections or admission in a hospital; our oral herbal medication works internally by eliminating the root cause of this disease. Our herbal medicine removes all toxins from the bloodstream and improves blood flow to all parts of body. As a result, the affected body part is healed on its own without any side effects.
Allopathic treatment offers limited ways to cure the disease. Antibiotics intake is recommended for less severe cases. In severe cases, amputation of the affected limb through surgery is recommended to halt the spread of the disease in other tissues. A modern allopathic therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) promises fast healing of gangrene patients, but this treatment is very expensive and it is not available in Pakistan. In this therapy, the patient is exposed to a hyperbaric chamber of high-pressure oxygen to inhale pure oxygen at 2.5 times the normal air pressure for 30 to 120 minutes. This treatment improves oxygen supply to the affected area and encourages the formation of new blood vessels, and by causing greater dissolution of oxygen in the plasma. However, this treatment comes with its side effects such as pressure-related trauma to the ears or nose, temporary near-sightedness, decompression sickness and non-lethal seizures caused by oxygen toxicity.
